What you should know

The honest disclosure

The Startup Program runs for 24 months. Year one is $200/mo, year two is $500/mo. At month 25, pricing moves to the Launch tier at $1,000/mo.

Eligibility: under $200K ARR or GMV and under $1M total raised. Companies that exceed either threshold join at the Launch tier ($1,000/mo).

Three graduation triggers, whichever comes first: revenue or GMV crosses $200K, total raised crosses $1M, or month 25 arrives. The program ends after 24 months regardless of revenue or funding.

Companies receive a notification at month 21 so the transition is never a surprise.

The program supports companies in the early-stage build. Once revenue or GMV crosses $200K, the business has typically reached the point where standard pricing fits the operation. Companies that graduate stay on the same team. Only the price changes.
